Nando's Waterloo

Good great as always. But what excited was the service. Amazing people. Truly upgraded our experience. We just came for our lunch break and left with the biggest smile. We ordered some vegan chicken strips and by mistake there was some chicken in the plate which was not a big deal. However, they truly did everything they could to improve our experience. Thank you so much

My first ever experience at Nandos was at this branch and it was fantastic! The service was great and they explained us about what to expect and how to order and kept checking on us. The resturant itself was very clean and offered great food! The food was so good that we came back twice and ate at Nandos!

We never feel tired of Nando’s in the UK. Easy order, good range of spicy, friendly and nice staff. The one in Waterloo station is the best. It is clean, bright, and good space between tables. It could be very busy during lunch and dinner time. I love their chicken wings and boneless chicken thighs. Oh... and broccoli!!

Tulsi is doing really good services, she's quite warm. The food is good, good temperature and I like the slightly sour taste. Chicken liver is my fav here.

Excellent quality food for a chain restaurant! The spicy sauces and marinades are particularly flavorful, and their lemonade is refreshing and well-made. Outstanding value for money overall. Love the modern QR code ordering system at the table - you can browse the menu, place your order, and pay all from your phone, then the food is brought directly to you. Very convenient and efficient. One minor quirk though - despite the food being delivered to your table, you still need to collect your own cutlery from a station. It feels a bit inconsistent with the otherwise seamless table service experience, but it’s a small inconvenience. The food quality really stands out for a chain - clearly they put effort into their recipes and preparation. Would definitely return and recommend to others looking for good casual dining at reasonable prices.

Good food and a nice atmosphere. The staff are lovely and helpful. The location is good as well for a quick bite before catching a bite. Multiple entrances.

I had a great dining experience at Nando’s recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to our server, Sirzul Maola. From the moment we walked in, Sirzul was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made sure we were comfortable, gave great menu recommendations, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. The food was delicious as always—perfectly grilled chicken, fresh sides, and that signature Nando’s flavour we love. But what truly stood out this time was the level of service. Sirzul added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend this location—and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Sirzul, you’re in for a treat!

Having lunch in Nando’s Waterloo today, food was nice but except the Broccoli was little bit yellowish old and hard to eat, i didn't ment to complain or trying to get anything complimentary but just giving a feedback when waiter was asking about the food. In Chinese cooking we always remove/peel the skin on the stem before we cook the broccoli. And I never had this yellowish old broccoli stem in Nando’s before. Anyway I’m happy about the service though. Thank you manager and staff
